Where do I order from?
Right here — 8amfoods.com on any phone or laptop. Browse the menu, add what you want, pay online with Paystack, and you'll get a short pickup code in seconds. No app to download, no calling, no DMing.
Where do I pick up my order?
The Bakery, beside the school market. Show your order code at the 8am counter — staff will hand over your order in seconds. Service runs every day from 6:30 AM.
What time do you serve?
Service runs every day from 6:30 AM. Batch items (like Akara, Pap, Moi Moi) close for the day around 9:30 AM — but you can always pre-order them for the next morning.
How does pre-ordering work?
Order any time before service the next morning. Your breakfast will be hot and ready when service opens. Same payment, same code, no queue.
How will I know when my order is ready?
On the order page, tap "Get notified the moment it's ready" to enable a push alert. We'll ping you the second the kitchen marks it ready.
I paid but the order page says PENDING. What now?
If your bank confirmed the payment, give it 1–2 minutes — Paystack sometimes lags. If it stays pending, tap "Resume payment" on the order page to try again. Stock is held for 30 minutes.
Can I cancel?
You can cancel an unpaid order within 2 minutes of placing it. After payment, use the "Request refund" button on your order page — we'll review and process via Paystack (5–10 business days).
How do I get back to my order?
Visit /my-orders for your full history (we remember your phone on this device), or scroll up to "Reach us" if you need to call. You can also look up by order code at /track.
I've got a special request (no salt, extra spicy, etc.)
On the checkout page, use the "Special requests" box. The kitchen sees it on your order card while preparing.
